2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and an Indian resident to use our services. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Services
Loan Bazzars is a loan discovery and referral platform. We compare loan plans and forward your enquiry to our lending partners — HDFC Bank (direct partner), and ICICI Bank and Axis Bank (through our DSA partner, RU Loans). We do not directly disburse loans, determine eligibility, or make lending decisions, and we are not a lender.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to misuse the platform, provide false information, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
5. Data Usage
We collect and process your personal and financial information solely to match you with suitable loan offers. Your data is never sold to third parties without your explicit consent.
6. Loan Offers
Loan eligibility, interest rates, and approval decisions are made solely by the respective financial institutions. Loan Bazzars does not guarantee approval of any loan application.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on Loan Bazzars are the intellectual property of Loan Bazzars and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Loan Bazzars shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or reliance on any information provided herein.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
